Our Founder
Abdelrazak Benallah is the founder of Sustainability4All, bringing together sustainability expertise, entrepreneurship, and design thinking to deliver real-world impact. He holds an MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Design and a BSc in General Management, and is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (GradIEMA). With professional experience spanning retail, project management, and sustainability innovation, Abdelrazak has led and developed multiple impact-driven solutions, including: Armour4All – a touchless surface sanitisation system H4H2 in Minutes – a rapid-response health innovation (provisional patent) A First Aid App developed in Arabic to expand access to life-saving knowledge He is also the visionary behind Medical Transportation 2060, a concept exploring the use of Unmanned Air Mobility (UAM) to enable rapid medical response in emergency situations.

Shameer Ramdin is a dynamic professional from Plaine Wilhelms, Mauritius, with over six years of experience in various sectors, including augmented and virtual reality, information technology, development, agriculture, media journalism, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. He holds a master's degree in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and design as a Chevening scholar. Ramdin is the Growth and Partnerships Manager at Minority Africa, a startup that advocates for minority communities through solution-oriented journalism. He is also a co-founder and CEO of AVR Plato Technology Limited and was awarded by the Tony Elumelu Foundation for his entrepreneurial contributions. Ramdin has been involved in several notable programs, including the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and the Inspire program by the Turbine Incubator He is a proponent of sustainability and the circular economy, aiming to drive systemic changes with a focus on climate adaptation strategies. Ramdin aspires to be a political leader in Mauritius, working towards an equitable and sustainable future for the African continent
